Anil Kapoor President and Chief Executive Officer, SVAM International Inc., a Global IT and BPO Service Provider, has pioneered several initiatives in making SVAM a significant contender in the marketplace since its inception in 1994. Anil oversees all global operations of the company, including sales, marketing, development, finance and professional services.

Thanks to his process oriented approach and single minded focus on customer satisfaction coupled with his ability to deliver premium services and support, SVAM has secured successful implementations with scores of clients including Strategic Planning engagements for the likes of Deutche Bank, HSBC, Long Island Bus and significant offshore contracts for leading technology companies including Motorola, IFF, SonicWall, RF Technologies, and Posit Science.
Prior to SVAM, he held increasingly responsible management roles as Director MIS, Financial controller and Sr. Manager- Audits at AJ Maxwell, Travel House (A ITC subsidiary) Weston electronics, Everest Building Products (A Turn & Newell subsidiary) and PR Mehra & co ( Chartered Accountants).He received his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from New Delhi University - India.
Mr. Dhablania has been instrumental in formulating the company's strategy and building and managing the organization's consulting practice. He provides leadership for key alliances, capacity growth, process initiatives and business development and has helped the company achieve significant milestones..
Prior to joining SVAM International, Mr. Dhablania was a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, a Summer Marketing Intern for Cyrix Corporation and Assistant Manager, Exports for Pasupati Overseas, Ltd., Delhi, India.
Mr. Dhablania holds a Bachelors of Commerce (Honors) degree from Sriram College of Commerce and a Post Graduate Diploma in International Marketing from Delhi School of Economics, both institutes of international repute affiliated to Delhi University, Delhi, India. He also holds an MBA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha where he was the recipient of the Jack Hill Award, an award recognizing outstanding MBA students.
His professional affiliations include serving on the board of directors for the Girl Scouts of Nassau County and Central Nassau Guidance and Counseling Services, Inc.
Joe Marchese, Managing Director for the Solutions Group, is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience as a business leader with the demonstrated ability to deliver breakthrough results. An accomplished President, CIO, and consulting partner, he has built organizations and led strategic solutions for industry leading global companies. His broad industry experience includes financial services, manufacturing, electronics and communications, retail, and transportation. Of the dozens of clients Joe has served, some of the more notable companies include AT&T, Citigroup, Dow Jones, Federal Express, GE, Goldman Sachs, Holy See, Merrill Lynch, Moody's, Morgan Stanley, Motorola, National Association of Securities Dealers, and Prudential.
Joe is a respected builder of teams and organizations with a proven ability to convert underperforming organizations into highly effective workgroups. Prior to joining SVAM, Joe was a Practice Leader at Tatum LLC, where he served mid-market companies in transition. Previously, he was a Vice President for Sapient Corporation where he sponsored an initiative to reverse the steep contraction of this $500 million business. He was the Executive Director at EDS where he led teams in delivery of projects in industries including finance, publishing, and pharmaceutical. He was also CTO for Corporate Technology at Merrill Lynch where he directed all development and support activities for corporate functions worldwide. Joe has also held the CIO role at FirstWave and Lloyd's Register, where he was also President of Americas Operations.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Engineering from The Cooper Union, and a Master of Business Administration from Adelphi University, both in New York. He is a senior member of the American Society for Quality, and was a member of the Board of Examiners for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
Raman Puri - Vice President, Growth Strategy and Business Development
Raman brings entrepreneurial experience to SVAM, which helps generate a holistic view of the organization, and create a roadmap on which the entire organization can move forward, cohesively. With diverse experience in areas such as R&D, Manufacturing, Electronics, Software and Managing teams of highly skilled personnel, Raman is able to bring new perspectives to the table, for both clients and SVAM.
At SVAM, Raman’s responsibilities include charting out the Global Growth Strategy, and leading Business Development for the India operations.
Prior to joining SVAM, Raman was the CEO at Aurora Integrated Systems (a company developing and manufacturing small UAVs), which he had co-founded in 2006. After running the company for about nine years, the founders exited, selling the company to the primary investors, the Tata group.
Raman holds a Bachelor of Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. He dropped out of Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow after completing the first year of his management studies.
Manav Bhasin - Managing Director - Business Development
Manav Bhasin is a senior executive with over 20 years of experience within the Information Technology (IT) industry including over 12 years in senior management positions leading various IT organizations and business transformation programs.
Manav has a proven history of delivering industry leading Information Technology solutions to business partners. These solutions have provided the foundation for revenue generation as well as cost containment decisions across both Fortune 100 large-scale and mid-size organizations. His ability to work collaboratively with business partners has proven to be successful in providing real business value.
Prior to joining SVAM, Manav served most recently as Sr. Director of IT for Avaya Inc., managing the Business Intelligence and Data Management teams across the Enterprise. At Avaya he was able to establish their Enterprise Datawarehouse and Analytics strategies.
Prior to joining Avaya, Manav served as the Director of IT at Motorola Inc. where he contributed in many different areas ranging from SAP ERP, Business Intelligence to Architecture. During his 12-year tenure with Motorola/Symbol Technologies (acquired in 2007), Manav held various senior IT positions that involved management of multiple teams focused on the business application space, particularly within SAP. Manav also has extensive experience in establishing IT outsourcing programs and operationalizing such programs to ensure their long-term success and viability.
Prior to his time at Motorola, Manav worked for Andersen Consulting (Accenture) and Ernst & Young covering Fortune 1000 clients such as Union Carbide during their global SAP implementation.
Manav graduated from Hofstra University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a concentration in Computer Engineering.
Shankara Rajaier - Managing Director - Solutions Delivery
Shankara Rajaier (Shanks) has 30+ years’ experience in the Application software industry. He joined SVAM in 2019 from HCL America Inc., wherein, as Vice President, he led several strategic initiatives. He managed 3 joint ventures for HCL on BOT/BOA model, 2 large partnerships with IBM and CSC, and many high-value accounts like Lowe's, Ann Inc, Brightstar, Boots etc. Client Partnership, Consultative Solution Sales, Application Portfolio Transformation, and Global Services Delivery were the key focus areas in these engagements.
The JV with Jones Apparel Group (JAG), an apparel footwear fashion retailer, provided the foundation for the HCL Retail vertical. We did a complete transformation of the IT landscape - from mainframe to Open systems, from legacy applications to SAP/Manhattan WMS/ Siemens UGS PLM, and built several Microsoft based MIS solutions. The JV with COMPUTECH, an Oracle ERP boutique firm in Chicago, was the genesis of HCL Oracle practice, which is 2000+ people strong now. The JV with Deluxe corporation created EFunds, an Electronic Payment systems provider, later bought over by Fidelity.
The partnership with IBM focused on Omni channel retailing, Customer experience management, Distributed Order management using Sterling DOM & WCS, and a full stack SMB eCommerce solution. The partnership with CSC, now part of DXC, focused on Application Modernization - to transform a portfolio into On-Prem and Cloud solutions. For the high-value retail clients like Lowe’s and Ann, we executed several strategic programs – Large QA/Testing CoE, Customer MDM, Integration CoE, SAP retail, Infrastructure support, and IT Helpdesk. Prior to joining HCL, Shanks managed the operations of a software company in UAE and built 42 clients in the Middle east for an Oracle-based custom ERP solution. Prior to that, Shanks managed the Financial Systems Group for Wipro Ltd, and created partnerships with several banks in India; many banking solutions were developed here.
Shanks is married and lives in Edison, NJ. His spouse, Dr. Nirmala Shankar, is a Chemistry lecturer at Rutgers University. We have 2 daughters, both married and settled in USA. Shanks enjoys reading, travel, yoga, and mentoring, and is active in social/charity activities such as Santosh Charity, Kiva.org, Rakum School for blind, Cauvery Calling, Solar Power etc.
John Donato is a senior level business development executive with more than 20 years of experience within the Information Technology (IT) industry having established an extensive track record of successfully prospecting, developing, managing and sustaining productive dependable customer/client relationships. John collaborates daily with SVAM’s corporate executives, global recruiting teams, and international project staff and affiliates. He also manages SVAM’s Philadelphia office. John possesses comprehensive experience in the areas of business technology, solutions delivery, outsourcing, IT staffing and project-based support. A customer focused and visionary client relationship executive, John has demonstrated his ability to lead and manage key client relationships and has ardently worked with the SVAM team to ensure the delivery of creative cost savings and effective solutions to his customers. John’s prior professional experiences includes having served 12 years with the U.S. Department of State, and 6 years providing global security solutions to international companies. John holds a B.A. degree from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill NC.
Jerry is a Strategic Business Partner of SVAM International and President of Joseph Consulting since 1994. He has been in the Consulting & Staffing Solutions Industry since 1988 serving clients throughout the United States. He has specialized in Technology, Healthcare and Real Estate sectors over the years. His experience also includes a period of time with focus in the Intelligence Community (NSA, CIA, DOD).
Jerry has an entrepreneurial spirit with strong leadership strengths managing, operating and owning companies with a high degree of character and integrity and a desire to treat others with respect and honor.
Jerry has a Bachelor’s of Science Business Administration Degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida.
Dasham brings a strong mix of business, technology and excellent customer service with over a decade of experience and is currently responsible for managing SVAM’s US West Coast Operations. His duties include new business development initiatives, marketing, strategic partnerships, customer management and success.
Prior to SVAM, Dasham worked in the Product Management/Marketing group of the Flash Business Unit at EMC Corporation (now DELL EMC). By analyzing the competitive landscape, Dasham helped with brand positioning and pricing of the BU’s star product. He also recommended actionable efforts to strategize and increase future sales efforts.
Prior to EMC, Dasham worked in the Networking & Multimedia Group at Freescale Semiconductor (now NXP Semiconductor), where he led multi-cultural global design teams to improve quality and increase gross margins of various embedded technology solutions from the NMG group. Dasham helped Freescale’s customers realize significant cost savings through his initiatives and excellent support and thereby helped increase customer loyalty.
Dasham holds an MBA in Marketing & Strategy from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon and a B.E. in Electronics & Communication from Manipal Institute of Technology.
As the Managing Director, he is primarily responsible for strategic planning, business strategy development, market segment identification and evaluation, client negotiations, and has overall responsibility for marketing and sales. His duties also include managing a team of highly skilled professionals in the US and India all of whom are focused on maintaining the highest customer satisfaction on all accounts. Since joining SVAM in 2003, he and his team have significantly increased sales revenues making SVAM one of the fastest-growing entities on Long Island.
A customer-focused and visionary sales executive, Michael has demonstrated his ability to lead and has helped the company achieve several significant milestones including providing creative -cost savings and effective -solutions for Motorola, SonicWall, North Shore Health Systems, Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and Deutche Bank. Michael has been a key driver in the setup of SVAM's proprietary CorrectShore® model to serve it’s US-based customers. With development centers in New York, New Delhi, India and Victoria, Mexico, SVAM can offer clients’ cost-effective solutions through a blend of engagement models.
Michael's leadership and passion have become hallmarks of his tenure at SVAM, and Michael has infused SVAM with his own brand of energetic leadership, vision, and spirit over the years. He also serves as a leadership coach and mentor to high-potential associates in SVAM's Mentoring Program. Before joining SVAM, Michael spent over a decade working in the Training and Professional Development Industry with both ExecuTrain an IDG Communications and Dale Carnegie Training. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Big Brother Big Sister.
He joined SVAM in February of 2001 and has been maninly involved in providing SVAM IT staff augmentation services and software solutions to county, city, state and federal government agency clients.
He is involved in supporting projects,accounts and solutions and in the preparation and presentation of proposals.
During this time, SVAM and its consultants have been selected for a number of NYC and NYS projects and SVAM has been selected to prove IT services to numerous government agencies in states including NY
, Connecticut, Virginia and North Carolina.
Prior to joining to SVAM, Allen served in Sales and Sales Management positions with companies including Tandem Computers ane the Xerox Corporation. He has a succesful track record selling and supporting solutions
to major private and public sector clients. He has been responsible for managing district office sales and support teams, geographic territories, vertical markets and channel partner. Allen has extensive experience selling and supporting all levels of mangement and user areas.
Allen received a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from the City College of the City University of New York.
Yesica Heredia is a visionary professional with more than 10 years of experience in the IT industry. She has led different areas such as Accounting, Human Resources and Business development throughout her career in which she has developed significant changes for SVAM Mexico, been the most important achievement the organization and development of the administrative area of the Company.
She became the youngest Managing Director in the history of SVAM Mexico due to her leadership, ability to motivate a workforce, strategic planning, negotiation, strong financial background and her commitment to the growth of the Company.
Since 2017, she has been involved on the general operation of the Mexico office, leading the administration of all the resources, growing key business accounts and supporting the office to achieve significant milestones. She also has been participating on the recruitment for USA office of Mexican engineers for several years
Prior to joining SVAM International, Yesica was a Tax Consulting Manager at a recognized Firm of Accountants where she was in charge of providing strategic tax solutions, financial analysis and internal audits. She also became the first associate manager of the firm at age of 23.
She has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Universidad Autonoma de Tamaulipas and a master’s degree in Business Administration from IT University of Mexico City.
Fernando Castaneda Flores - Director - Engineering
Fernando Castaneda Flores is a self-motivated and proactive professional with 15+ years of experience in Information Technology with activities such as Infrastructure Management, Quality Assurance and Project Management. As a Quality Manager, Fernando participated and coordinated the implementation of the maturity processes from MoProSoft (Software Process Model) in Mexico office.
Fernando's main responsibility is the direction of the engineering area, who oversees all delivery out of the solutions center in Mexico ensuring the quality of processes and projects. In addition, he is the second level of escalation for all IT infrastructure (USA & Mexico) related operations. Fernando has been pioneer and key person helping on improvement strategies to optimize SVAM's productivity and profitability since 2009 when operations started in Victoria, Mexico.
Prior to joining SVAM International, Fernando Castaneda Flores served as a technical specialist and team leader in the IT sector with reliable results for troubleshooting related to server administration, virtualization and network security.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from Universidad Autonoma de Tamaulipas and a master’s degree in Engineering specialized on Information Technologies from Universidad Politecnica de Victoria.
Mario Loyola has more than 23 years of experience in the field of Information Technology including 12 years on Government Sector IT, he had work in the areas of consulting, application development, database administration and support while maintaining customer satisfaction and compliance of the requirements.
Within his professional career he has developed as an IT and development consultant for the Government of the State of Tamaulipas, Development and support in the Manufacturing industry with Motorola. In addition to leading projects in companies specialized in software solutions such as Sofftek and Patni.
He joined SVAM in 2010 and has since held key positions for the organization starting as a Database Consultant, Project Leader, Technical Sales Manager, Business Development Director for the public sector. He currently serves as Business Development Director. Their participation has been invaluable in the development of the company's key solutions such as the Electronic Invoice System Yo Facturo and the Kiosk for Civil Records Solution, also he has bring key accounts for the company such as Transpais, GranD Retail Store , ZF TRW and Tamaulipas State Government, besides helping positioning the Company in Mexico.
He has a bachelor’s degree in Administrative Computer Science from the Universidad Autonoma de Tamaulipas and a specialization for Internet focused on business diploma at the same university.
