IT industry and has had valuable experience in the areas of Strategy Planning, Profit Centre Operations, Business Management, Analytics, Process Management with reputed software and services organisations. Currently associated with SVAM International Inc as Director and Head of their Indian Operations Sudhir is also credited with the successful start-ups of offshore development centers in India for three mid sized US based software companies With core expertise in devising & implementing strategies for enhancing organisational growth, achieving business & profit objectives of the organisations.
His experience in India includes closely working with government and the IT ministry in formulating the low cost PC plans for masses , has initiated system and application software to almost all government ministries in 80s. Also he has provided system, scientific and business solutions to public sector companies and research labs in India. Sudhir has also been involved with workforce development plans and has spearheaded pioneering efforts from basic IT literacy to specialised employment generation programs for programmers skill development. He was also instrumental in starting Oracle's ERP first training center in Eastern India. Sudhir represents SVAM in the NASSCOM (National Association for Software and Services Companies) and has been executive member of NACT ( National Association of Computer Trainers) earlier. Sudhir has closely worked with various government bodies and computer companies in implementing national language in computing.
Sudhir has worked with leading software companies in India like Softek , Techna , Netguru, Global IT , ISS and has strong relationships with leading hardware and software vendors like Oracle ,HCL , Wipro , IBM , Dell ,Sun, Microsoft , NIIT to name some
Sudhir has done Masters in Management Studies from Banaras Hindu University and Bachelor in Science ( Physics ) from Delhi University.
