Here SVAM, in addition to Option B, will provide a Project Manager/co-ordinator in the US
who will take ownership of all Requirements and Analysis, Project Management responsibilities
and full ownership and commitment of resources and delivery. You will have
total and direct access support at all times in the US. Such Onsite Project Manager will
coordinate with the Offshore resources which would comprise of suggested minimum of Tech Lead
and three developers.
SVAM will provide the infrastructure (including the communications and systems environment)
and logistics support. In addition SVAM will appoint a Program Director as a single point of
contact for all Account Management and in an Advisory Capacity.
Such Program Director will be a seasoned technician that you can avail of for
technical vision and strategy and will act in a capacity to advise the Support Team from SVAM.
This Program Director will be available to you at no cost.
