The SVAM will provide a Lead developer Offshore who will take ownership of the
analysis and design and Project Management. He/she will interact directly with you,
Manager and will be a single point of contact on all Maintenance and Enhancement Projects on behalf
of SVAM. In this case it is envisaged that the Lead Developer will be on-site for approximately a
month to acquire subject matter knowledge and expertise relating to your, environment
prior to SVAM taking ownership of ongoing development or maintenance effort. In this scenario,
it is expected that the Lead Developer will work at half of US shift giving your
direct (phone) access to the Lead developer during normal Am hours EST in addition to email
support at all times. Such Offshore Lead will manage, at a minimum, three developers offshore.
SVAM will provide the infrastructure (including the communications and systems environment)
and logistics support. In addition SVAM will appoint a Program Director as a single point of
contact for all Account Management and in an Advisory Capacity. Such Program Director will be
a seasoned technician that you can avail of for technical vision and strategy and
will act in a capacity to advise the Support Team from SVAM. This Program Director will be
available to you at no cost.
