This offshore team will be an extension of your development team in the US.
Control of such resources will be with you, who will provide the required Project
Management and Requirements Analysis. You will have full email and call access
to these resources at all times and it is expected that offshore team will work evening shift
thereby providing you an effective overlap for co-ordination purposes. This is
the minimum configuration of development team consisting of four developers offshore managed by
your employee who would function as the PM/Tech Lead.
SVAM will provide the infrastructure (including the communications and systems environment)
and logistics support. In addition SVAM will appoint a Program Director as a single point of
contact for all Account Management and in an Advisory Capacity. Such Program Director will be
a seasoned technician that you can avail of for technical vision and strategy and
will act in a capacity to advise the Support Team from SVAM. This Program Director will be
available to you at no cost.
