The Systems Management and Support Practice is focused towards providing a complete solution to customers who need support and assistance on an ongoing basis. The practice has a combined experience of over 100 man years in performing related activities. Network Design, Configuration, Workstation Installation, Hardware and Software Upgrades, Groupware Installation, Internet Connectivity Setup and Remote Access Configuration are some of the activities that the Systems Management Group can provide to its customers.

SVAM is a Microsoft Solution Provider. SVAM has certified and experienced resources well versed with Windows, Netware and UNIX environments and have extensive experience in a variety of server products and system support. The Systems Management and Support Practice also provides Data Center and Operations Management Services. SVAM has resources with extensive experience working at/managing Data Centers for a number of large clients all over US.
