“My initial skepticism about IT consulting companies faded as soon as i became SVAM's employee about a decade back.
My first impression of its peers and staff was nothing short of a wonderful team of very talented, motivated staff that were friendly; yet were working very sincerely to aspire and help each employees' personal and professional growth. Over the years my belief only strengthened in SVAM's professionalism and fairness towards its clients and employees.
There have been so many incidents where personally witnessed how important it is for SVAM to put their employees or clients needs first before their own business profits - for instance: they invested heavily in employee's growth by providing all the resources(training/books/seminars/travel etc) YET they never forced an employee to take up an assignment(project) that the employee did not want (even on employees' absurd reasoning! although it was lucrative for SVAM); on the client side too - even after the acceptance of a project task; SVAM's employees went above and beyond the call of duty to provide the best services(in terms of enhancements and delivering anything short of superlative work is against the SVAM culture)
I left SVAM in 2002 yet my inferences of them gives a smile on my face - one that is typically of fond memories about a family. Thanks to entire staff at SVAM for making it a wonderful company.”
