Success Story
International Flavors and Fragrances (IFF) needed to lower the cost of their information technology,
without compromising service quality. They also needed to rapidly integrated a document
management (DM) system -- across multiple continents and service providers -- with their SAP ERP
system. SVAM deployed a team of professionals to work closely with IFF's business and technology
team, as well as with vendor product experts. We selected and mplemented a Saperion document
platform and integrated it with the SAP ERP system. We also took over support of a legacy Lotus
Notes system that needed to link to the new system. All of the customers requirements were met
in record time.
