It all starts with the requisition. While many clients are very careful how they describe a specific job requisition, SVAM has found that completing a structured and formal requisition jointly with the hiring manager, is the best way to ensure the right match.

Understanding project details including internal milestones, business impact, mission criticality, and project dependents and precedents, greatly enhances our ability to provide the right talent for the job. Furthermore, if we are able to communicate the true importance and scope of the job (making sure to act within your firms confidentiality rules), we can better manage your expectations of the consultant's performance from the very beginning. SVAM consultants must conform to your corporate culture. We strive to understand your organization’s particular hiring and ethics policies and incorporate them into psychological screening and ethics training. Since 1998, SVAM maintains a wholly-owned subsidiary in Delhi, India. This facility is staffed to provide in-country recruiting, remote development and technical support services.

In order to help organizations more quickly respond to business challenges, SVAM has worked with several of its major clients to formulate its siForce offering. siForce starts with analyzing the project requirement in order to develop a team specification. This is essential when you need project managers/leaders, developers, DBAs, and network engineers all working together. These SWAT teams are deployed on a consulting basis with project managers who have leadership experience commensurate with their technical skills.

Training & Education

SVAM provides the resources, time, and funds for continuing education and professional certification to help each consultant stay current in their particular area of expertise.
Additionally, for core technology products from vendors such as Microsoft, SVAM provides formal training and continuing education sessions at its headquarters.
