Bob Hart is a senior executive with over 40 years of experience as a change leader with the demonstrated ability to deliver breakthrough results.
An accomplished executive, he has built organizations in the US and Mexico, and led strategic solutions for industry leading global companies, AT&T and Symbol Technologies. His broad industry experience includes quality, engineering, manufacturing, customer support and operations.

Bob is a respected team leader that successfully transformed and reversed the negative operating and quality trends of Symbol's 1,200 employees, Reynosa, Mexico manufacturing site. A proven operations, manufacturing and quality leader with significant experience in change management, staff development, systemic problem solving and quality improvement strategies to optimize company productivity and profitability. Introduced Lean Manufacturing techniques resulting in $30 million in cost reduction.

Bob, led both AT&T Power Systems (1991) and Symbol Technologies (2003) in achieving the "Shingo Prize for Excellence in Manufacturing" awards. Business Week Magazine is quoted as saying, "The Shingo Prize is equivalent to the Nobel Prize in Manufacturing".

He was a key leader in achieving Japan's prestigious "Deming Prize" for AT&T Power Systems in 1994. AT&T Power Systems remains today as the only American manufacturer to receive the "Deming Prize".

Bob holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lafayette College, Easton, PA.
